The changing moods of the Roman Emperor

The Roman Emperor has been companion for many years. Perched high in his niche he watches over the comings and goings.
Along with the changing seasons, he manages to surprise us with his changing outfits over and over again. As the winter is knocking at the door he put on a black had and certainly, along with his Trotsky glasses, I told him, he looks like a left winged student.
